As a mission of the Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church, we were highlighted in the ELCA national magazine! 

 For Rachel Gallo, a single mother of two, life had been full of challenges. But in fall 2023, she found a lifeline at the Apple Tree Center.

“I got a hold of them and, right out of the gate, they said, ‘We’ll help you any way we can,’” Rachel shared in the ELCA article. 

“They’re genuine, and they understand that with a single income, child care is not affordable. They helped me get a scholarship that made it possible.”
